HowTo | Set up TransSteel (MIG/MAG)

Using the Fronius TransSteel 2700C MV welder is easy. First, make sure you have all the included parts and assemble them properly. Connect the power source using the provided main cables, but remember it doesn't come with a 120V or 240V wall plug. Select the right power category (270A, 350A, or 500A) based on your welding needs. The 4 - roller drive ensures smooth wire feeding. For spot and interval welding, use the standard settings. When welding steel, pay attention to the material thickness and adjust the heat input accordingly to avoid problems like hardness peaks and cracking. As for maintenance, regularly check the wear - part kit TTB220P and replace parts as needed. Keep the welder clean and store it in a dry place. Also, follow the safety instructions in the spec sheet.
