Product Description
Designed specifically for pipe fabrication shop welding, the Miller Pipeworx 575V Welding System simplifies and optimizes the welding process. With one-touch welding, quick process changeover, and advanced Pulsed and Modified Short-Arc MIG processes, it cuts down training and turnaround times. Simple Process Setup: Controls are clearly labeled in easy-to-understand welder terms. Setting up a new weld process takes just a few basic steps, reducing training time and minimizing setup errors. The welder-designed front panel has only backlit adjustable controls to avoid confusion. A memory feature stores 4 programs for Stick, DC TIG, and MIG, so you don't need to remember parameters. Multiprocess Machine: The weld processes are optimized for root pass, fill, and cap pipe welding, offering superior arc performance and stability. It includes conventional Stick, DC TIG, Flux Cored, and MIG processes, as well as advanced RMD Pro and Pro-Pulse processes for high-quality welds, increased productivity, and less rework and training. Quick Process Changeover: No need to manually switch polarity, cables, or hoses. Just push a button, and the 'Quick-Select' technology automatically selects the process, polarity, cable outputs, and welding parameters. This saves setup time and reduces the risk of rework from incorrect connections. Streamlined System: Wind Tunnel Technology and Fan-On-Demand protect the system in dusty environments. Innovative cable and gun storage keep the weld area clean and organized, with cables staying connected to the power source. All components are chosen to meet the needs of a pipe fabrication shop. PipeWorx Feeders: The Single Bench Feeder has a simple interface and wire feed speeds up to 780 IPM, with .035/.045 smooth V-drive rolls. The Dual Bench Feeder also has a simple interface, up to 780 IPM wire feed speed, and includes .035 smooth and .045 knurled V-drive rolls. PipeWorx Guns: The Bernard PipeWorx 250-15 (300 A at 100% duty cycle) is ergonomic for root passes on pipe. The Bernard PipeWorx 300-15 (350 A at 100% duty cycle) and 400-15 (400 A at 100% duty cycle) are heavy-duty for root, fill, and cap welds on pipe. Included With Product: PipeWorx power source with cable hangers, running gear and handles, dual feeder with drive rolls, cable kit, and two 15 ft (4.6 m) PipeWorx 300 guns. Using the Miller Pipeworx 575V Welding System is easy. First, decide on the welding process you need. You can choose from options like Stick, DC TIG, MIG, and more. To set up a new process, just follow the clearly labeled controls on the front panel. It only takes a few basic steps. If you've used a certain process before, you can use the memory feature to recall the settings. When it's time to change the process, don't worry about manually switching cables or polarity. Just press the process selection button, and the system will do it for you. Make sure you're working in a proper environment. The system has Wind Tunnel Technology and Fan-On-Demand to protect it in dusty shops, but try to keep the area as clean as possible. Also, use the cable and gun storage to keep things organized. For maintenance, regularly check the cables for any signs of wear. The feeders' drive rolls might need occasional cleaning to ensure smooth wire feeding. The guns should be inspected for proper connection and functionality. If you have any issues or questions, refer to the full spec sheet or contact customer support.
