QuietPulse™
QuietPulse is activated by adjusting the waveshape for DC pulse welding. It creates a slower, more fluid shift between background and peak amperage, minimizing audible noise.
DC TIG Features
It offers an extremely smooth and precise arc for welding exotic materials. With high - speed DC TIG pulse controls, it can pulse 5000 times per second. Pulsing enhances arc stability, reduces heat input and warpage, and can boost travel speeds. Other adjustable parameters are peak amperage, peak time, and background amperage.
Stick Features
Tailored arc control (DIG) lets you modify arc characteristics for specific applications and electrodes. You can achieve a smooth 7018 weld or a stiffer, more penetrating 6010 weld. Hot Start™ adaptive control ensures positive arc starts without sticking.
Blue Lightning™ - High Frequency Arc Starter
It provides more consistent non - contact starts and greater reliability compared to traditional HF arc starters.
Program memory
There are 9 independent program memories to save and maintain your welding parameters.
Cooler Power Supply (CPS)
It has an integrated 120 - volt dedicated receptacle to power the Coolmate™ 3.5. The power switch on the Dynasty also activates the receptacle to prevent torch failure.
