Product Description

When you're dealing with thicker materials and heavy - duty jobs, the Precision TIG® 375 is your best bet. It boasts the highest duty cycle in its class. This welder comes with a built - in TIG pulser. Activate it to control heat input during welding, reducing distortion and burn - through on thin materials. The patented Micro - Start™ II Technology enhances starting and arc stability, giving you more precise welds and crater fills. It offers simplicity, control, and a wide range. The AC Auto Balance provides the optimal mix of cleaning and penetration for aluminum welding. You can also adjust the AC Balance® for full control. The Advanced Pulse Control panel helps minimize material distortion from too much heat and moderates filler metal deposition for a consistent bead look. With an amperage range of 2 to 420 amps, it can handle any material thickness. The side - mounted torch holder simplifies cable management and gives you a place to store your torch. The product includes the K2624 - 1 Ready - Pak model Precision TIG 375, an Under - Cooler Cart Water Cooler, Foot Amptrol, Gas Regulator/Flowmeter & Hose Kit, PTW - 20 Pro - Torch™ TIG Torch, Zippered Torch Cover, Parts Kit, two 15 - ft water hoses, and a 2/0 Work Cable and Clamp.

Using the Lincoln Precision 375 TIG Welder is straightforward. First, make sure all the included components like the water cooler, foot amptrol, and gas regulator are properly connected. When welding, select the appropriate amperage based on the material thickness, as the welder has a range from 2 to 420 amps. If you're working on aluminum, you can use the AC Auto Balance for an optimal mix of cleaning and penetration, or adjust the AC Balance® according to your needs. Activate the TIG pulser to control heat input and reduce distortion, especially when dealing with thin materials. Remember to always wear proper safety gear, including welding gloves and a face shield. For maintenance, keep the welder clean and free of debris. Check the cables regularly for any signs of wear and tear. If you're not using the torch, store it in the side - mounted holder. Make sure the water hoses are properly connected and in good condition to prevent overheating. Also, refer to the full spec sheet for any detailed technical maintenance requirements.
