Product Description

When you're dealing with thicker materials and heavy - duty jobs, the Precision TIG® 375 is your top choice. It offers the highest duty cycle in its class. This welder comes with a built - in TIG pulser. Activate it to control heat input during welding, reducing distortion and burn - through on thin materials. The patented Micro - Start™ II Technology enhances starting and arc stability, allowing for more precise welds and crater fills. AC Auto Balance® automatically finds the best mix of cleaning and penetration for aluminum welding. Or, you can take control and adjust the AC Balance® as you like. The Advanced Pulse Control panel, standard on the Precision TIG 375, helps minimize material distortion from too much heat and moderates filler metal deposition for a consistent bead look. With an amperage range of 2 to 420 amps, it can handle materials of different thicknesses. The side - mounted torch holder and connections make cable management easy and provide a place to store your torch. The product includes a Foot Amptrol, Gas Regulator/Flowmeter & Hose Kit, PTW - 20 Pro - TorchTM TIG Torch (250 amp, 25 ft.), Zippered Torch Cover, Parts Kit, two 15 - ft Water Hoses, and a 2/0 Work Cable and Clamp.

Using the Lincoln Precision TIG 375 TIG Welder is quite straightforward. First, connect all the included accessories like the foot amptrol, gas regulator, and torch properly. Make sure the cables are well - managed using the side - mounted holder. When welding aluminum, you can let the AC Auto Balance® do its job for an optimal mix of cleaning and penetration. Or, if you want more control, adjust the AC Balance® to suit your needs. For thin materials, activate the TIG pulser to control heat and avoid distortion. When it comes to different material thicknesses, adjust the amperage within the 2 - 420 amps range. Always wear proper safety gear, including welding gloves and goggles. After use, keep the torch in the holder and store the welder in a dry place. Regularly check the parts kit for any signs of wear and replace parts as needed. Keep the water hoses clean and free from kinks. This will ensure your welder works well for a long time.
