Description
The Syncrowave 210 is a user-friendly welding machine that offers excellent arc performance. It comes as an all-in-one package, letting you expand your welding skills easily.
Easy Operation
- Power it on.
- Choose your process: AC TIG, DC TIG, DC Stick, or MIG Spool Gun.
- Set the amperage or voltage according to the material thickness, and start welding!
5 Amp TIG Welding
It can weld thinner materials compared to other machines in its class.
Multi-Voltage Compatibility
Thanks to Miller's Auto-Line technology, the multi-voltage plug allows you to connect to 120V or 240V power outlets without tools. Just pick the right plug and connect it to the power cord.
Pro-Set TIG Feature
Eliminate the guesswork when setting welding parameters. With Pro-Set, you get preset controls for speed, convenience, and confidence. Just select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set shows on the display.
AC Balance Adjustability: It provides adjustable oxide removal, crucial for high-quality aluminum welds.
Pulse TIG Capability: The pulse feature ranges from 0 - 150 pulses per second. It increases puddle agitation, arc stability, and travel speeds while reducing heat input and distortion.
Auto-Set MIG
This innovative control automatically sets your welder to the right parameters, saving you the trouble of finding them.
Built-In Mobility
You don't need to buy a cart. The Syncrowave 210 offers great portability with an EZ-Change low cylinder rack and built-in storage for accessories.
Fan On-Demand
The fan runs up to 36% less, reducing contaminants pulled through the machine and extending its lifespan.
6010 Stick Electrode Compatibility
Even with difficult electrodes in less-than-ideal conditions, the 210 keeps going. Increase the dig setting for electrodes like E6010.
Low Power Draw
The inverter-based power source gives full welding output at 240V while drawing less than 30 amps.
14-Pin Control Options
The standard 14-pin connector lets you choose your control, whether it's a foot control, fingertip control, or wireless foot control, for a personalized experience.

Accessories

Using the Miller Syncrowave 210 is a breeze. First, turn on the power. Then, decide which welding process you want to use - AC TIG, DC TIG, DC Stick, or MIG Spool Gun. After that, set the amperage or voltage according to how thick the material is you're working with, and you're ready to start welding. The machine's 5 Amp TIG capability lets you work on thinner materials. It can be connected to either 120V or 240V power outlets easily thanks to the multi - voltage plug. When setting welding parameters, use the Pro - Set feature to avoid guesswork. Just select it and adjust until it shows on the display. For aluminum welding, use the AC Balance Adjustability to get the best results. The Pulse TIG feature is great for increasing stability and speed while reducing heat and distortion. The Auto - Set MIG function will automatically set the right parameters for you. As for portability, you don't need to buy an extra cart as it has built - in running gear. The fan runs on demand, which helps keep the machine clean and extend its life. When using difficult electrodes like 6010, increase the dig setting. Also, remember that the inverter - based power source draws less than 30 amps at 240V. You can choose different controls through the 14 - pin connector according to your preference. Always refer to the Quick Reference Guide that comes with the product. Keep the machine clean and store it in a dry place. Check the cables and connectors regularly for any signs of wear or damage.
