The Precision TIG® 275 is a super - versatile shop welding machine. It's perfect for all TIG or Stick welding maintenance jobs, even when using 5/32 - in. (4.0 mm) stick electrodes. With the patented Micro - Start™ II Technology, it improves starting and arc stability, allowing for more precise welds and crater fills.

Using the Lincoln Precision 275 Tig/Stick Welder is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a 208V power source. Then, select the right electrode or TIG settings according to your welding job. For aluminum welding, you can use the AC Auto Balance® for the best results, or adjust it manually if you want more control.
When using the optional Advanced Pulse Control panel, it helps reduce heat and gives a nicer bead look. Remember to keep the amperage within the 2 - 340 amps range based on the material thickness.
As for safety, always wear proper welding gear like gloves, a mask, and protective clothing. Don't touch the electrodes or the welding area when the machine is on.
For maintenance, keep the machine clean. Check the cables regularly for any damage. After each use, put the torch in the side - mounted holder to protect it. If you're not using the machine for a long time, store it in a dry place.
